手機無法運作MDM管制程式 7月起禁攜入軍營

有鑑於近期智慧型手機通信安全違規事件頻繁生，陸軍計劃7月1日起禁止iPhone入營，因爲國防部規定，手機帶進營區必須安裝中科院所研發的「國軍智慧型手機管理軟體（MDM）」iPhone因發生安裝不完全及無法正常運作，形同遭到封殺。但陸軍司令部回應，並非嚴禁所有的iPhone手機都封殺，只要安裝正常，依規定使用，還是可帶到營區，但只要是中國廠牌手機，絕對禁止進入。
根據了解，有iPhone系列手機安裝MDM app後，會發生無法正常運作的情況，並可藉由人工方式選擇開或關，讓管控軟體失效，成為國軍通信安全上的一大隱憂。陸軍政戰主任黃開森受訪時表示，無論是iPhone或他廠牌子的手機，只要MDM管制程式在手機無法作動、閃退，7月1日起禁止攜帶進入陸軍營區。
陸軍司令部表示在「嚴管」、「合宜」前提下，兼及國防安全與官兵需求，並持續強化智慧型手機管理作法，未來仍採滾動式調整與修正，以臻周延，籲請官兵弟兄姊妹全力配合預應，也請國人多予鼓勵。
根據規定，陸軍要求各單位落實管制，凡於營區違規使用照相、攝(錄)影、定位打卡、熱點分享及藍芽傳輸等高風險功能者，註銷原核定申請，管制一年內不得申辦，再犯者管制三年內不得申辦。
